International Hands-On Workshop "Practical consequences of the new nutrition labelling & health claims regulation"

This Hands-On workshop will review the latest changes in Nutrition and Health related labelling of food products and on the use of Health & Nutrition Claims. Focus will be on package labelling as well as on all communication possible through web site, advertising and other means. The changes in the legislation require a detailed review of what can be done and what will no longer be allowed.
Morning session will analyze the current situation and what it implies for labelling food, drinks and food supplements. In the afternoon, direct application directed reviews with case studies will be followed by in-group discussion going into more detail in the communication in the Food & Drinks industry and in the Food Supplement business separately.
Furthermore, the workshop offers an excellent opportunity to meet the experts and network with colleagues.
